At Nourish, delicious flavors and beautiful plates are balanced with nutritional and environmental awareness, served in an inviting atmosphere to create an intentional dining experience. We grow our own produce as well as purchasing directly from local farmers, fishermen, foragers, artisans and ranchers to source the best ingredients possible with which we create our menus. We make everything in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen and our menus change with the seasons. At its heart, Nourish is a team of people passionate about creating a healthy, sustainable, community-fueled environment.
Nourish shares the same location as Bell House Farm, one of the first houses built on the Olympic Peninsula, in about 1880. Nourish is rejuvenating the gardens, growing herbs and other produce on the land surrounding the farm and restaurant. The gardens offer many examples of edible plants and herbs, beautifully identified with signage by local botanical artist Iris Edey. We encourage our visitors to take a look at different methods of organic growing and have a chat with the gardener.
Nourish offers indoor seating, outdoor seating, and takeout. Come walk in the gardens, enjoy the views and experience the freshest and best bounty the Northwest has to offer.
