Crust Bakery

Crust Bakery feeds our community local, organic and handmade foods. Our specialty is pie, both savory and sweet. We also make soups. It is an honor to get creative with the bounty of our local farms . We can be found at the Saturday Port Townsend farmers Market, the Farmers Market online store, ordering via our website, hand pies in the deli at the Port Townsend Food Co-op, cookies at Velocity Coffee and soups in the freezer at The Chimacum Corner Farm Stand.
Our second business is Market Kitchen. Port Townsend’s community kitchen. We provide space for local food producers to make their products. We have had over a dozen businesses start and grow from our kitchen. There we compost, recycle and promote using local ingredients. Educating our community of the importance of knowing where your food comes from.
